Feeling suicidal often happens when your emotional pain feels too heavy to carry alone, or when it feels as though your usual coping strategies are no longer enough. It is incredibly important to address this pain and find gentle, supportive ways to help you cope. Please hold on to the reminder that these intense feelings are temporary, and with the right support, they will eventually pass. You do not have to navigate this darkness by yourself.
If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe right now, or if you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency, please call 999 or go straight to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department. You are not wasting anyone's time, and there are people ready and waiting to hold you in safety and care for you right now.
