- Meet Antonio, Your Counsellor - 

I am a humanistic integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My approach considers the whole person, addressing your mental, physical, and emotional needs. I draw from different therapeutic 

approaches, including Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt Therapy, to create a personalised experience tailored 

specifically for you.

My primary goal is to establish a trusting, non-judgmental relationship that enhances your self-awareness. By gaining insight into the 

underlying causes of your concerns and identifying what triggers your behaviour, you can confidently set goals and develop new habits that enhance your overall satisfaction with life.

As a humanistic counsellor, I aim to support and guide you with 

empathy and understanding, rather than directing you. You are the true expert on yourself, and only you can fully grasp the significance of your experiences. Together, we will explore your journey at a pace that feels comfortable for you, always prioritising your feelings and needs.

My practice is guided by the values and principles outlined in the BACP’s Ethical Framework. This ensures that I prioritise my clients' welfare and safety, uphold professional standards, and foster trust within our therapeutic relationship.

My experiences living in England, Ireland, Italy, and Mexico have given me a strong appreciation for diversity, which is central to my practice. I recognise and respect our differences, and I approach each session with an open mind, empathy, and understanding.
